Welcome to The Foundry Hot Desk Program! We are thrilled to have you join our dynamic and collaborative workspace. Please read and agree to the following policies before utilising our hot desk facilities. 1. Hot Desk Usage Agreement By making this booking, you agree to abide by The Foundry's Hot Desk Usage Agreement. This includes but is not limited to: - Respecting fellow hot desk users and maintaining a professional and collaborative environment. - Using hot desk facilities for work-related activities only. - Adhering to The Foundry's code of conduct and policies outlined in the general terms and conditions. Booking and Availability - Hot desks are available on a first-come, first-served basis. You can book a hot desk through our designated booking system. - Desk bookings are for a maximum duration of 8 hours. Extensions are subject to availability. 3. Personal Belongings - Do not leave personal belongings unattended. The Foundry is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. - Ensure that your workspace is cleared and personal items are taken with you at the end of your booking. Wi-Fi Information - Connect to The Foundry Offices Wi-Fi network using the following credentials: Wi-Fi Name: thefoundryoffices Password: Thefoundryoffices1 Conduct and Etiquette - Maintain a quiet and focused working environment. - Be mindful of noise levels during phone calls and conversations. - Clean up after yourself, and report any issues or damages to the designated staff. Health and Safety - Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and evacuation procedures. - Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper use of equipment and facilities. Reporting Issues - Report any technical issues, facility problems, or concerns to the front desk or designated support personnel. Termination of Usage - The Foundry reserves the right to terminate hot desk usage privileges for individuals not complying with the established policies and guidelines.
