Cancellation Policy

1. Rehearsal Booking Process: - All rehearsal sessions at The Foundry must be booked and paid for in advance through our designated booking system. - Bookings can be made either online or in person at the reception desk during operating hours. - Sessions can be booked in specific time slots, subject to availability. 2. Rehearsal Time and Buffer Period: - Rehearsal sessions are allocated a specific time slot, and participants are required to adhere strictly to this schedule. - A 15-minute buffer time will be provided both before and after the scheduled rehearsal time. This buffer is intended to facilitate setup and takedown, ensuring a smooth transition between sessions. 3. Equipment Usage and Responsibility: - Any equipment provided by The Foundry for rehearsal purposes must be used responsibly and returned in the same condition as it was received. - Participants are responsible for the proper handling and care of all equipment during their rehearsal session. - Any damage or breakages to equipment during the rehearsal period are the sole responsibility of the individual or group that booked the session. - The person or group responsible for the damage will be required to cover the cost of repair or replacement of the equipment, as determined by The Foundry. 4. Conduct and Respect for the Premises: - Participants must conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards the premises and other individuals using the facilities. - Any behaviour deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or damaging to the property will result in immediate expulsion from the premises, and future booking privileges may be revoked. 5. Cancellations and Refunds: - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of a cancellation, an alternative date will be offered. - Refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be subject to a cancellation fee of the full rehearsal fee. 6. Safety and Security: - Participants are responsible for their personal belongings while on the premises of The Foundry. - The Foundry is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings. 7. Compliance with Rules and Regulations: All participants must comply with the rules and regulations set forth by The Foundry. Failure to comply with the established policies and guidelines may result in penalties or denial of future access to rehearsal Facilities. By booking, you agree to these terms.
